Southern First National (2008) Ltd was formed in May 2008 with Paul Whiteford as the Principal. Half the Real Estate team had previously operated under the Olsen Everson banner and had also been a branch office of Ask First National. Our office is located in the bustling diverse suburb of Manurewa in the South of Auckland.
The area is made up of a strong investment market as well as offering quality homes at competitive prices. As well as our core Manurewa market we also service most other areas of South Auckland. Our team has achieved outstanding results over the years and our people are regularly recognised as being amongst the top achievers in the First National Network.
